aka Recruitment are continuing to work with a loyal automotive business in Huddersfield to bring you this temporary Service Receptionist role. This is a temporary contract for 2 weeks covering holidays Job Duties Include: - Booking in repairs, servicing and MOTs - Dealing with customer queries and updating on progression - Ordering of Parts and Liaising with the Technicians - Working with Customers both face to face and over the phone Requirements: - Experience within the Service and Parts Department is key - Knowledge of Kerridge, Pinnacle and Drive is also advantageous - Strong Customer Service is also key You will be the first port of call for customers coming to drop/collect their vehicles as well as ordering parts and booking in services. Hourly rate will be 12.44 per hour, covering Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.
