Learning Facilitator - Supporting Students with Additional Needs

Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for a flexible role where you can make a real difference? Five Education is looking for a Learning Facilitator to support a range of students with additional needs in mainstream and specialist settings.

The Role:

• Supporting students with additional needs, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, PMLD, SLD and other complex needs
• Providing 1:1 and small group support to help students engage in learning
• Adapting resources and strategies to meet individual learning styles
• Working collaboratively with teachers and SENDCOs to create an inclusive learning environment
• Managing challenging behaviour in a calm and professional manner

Essential Criteria:

• Experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar support role
• Flexibility to adapt to different settings and student needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for supporting students with additional needs

Desirable Criteria:

• Additional relevant qualifications
