Maintenance Assistant

An opportunity for a Maintenance Assistant/Handyman/Caretaker based in Birmingham area. This position is full time hours, initially offered on a temporary basis for 3- 6 month possibility of going permanent.

The hourly rate will be roughly 17- 18 per hour through an Umbrella Company

Responsibilities:

Assisting tradespeople carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance
Flushing of water systems
Plant Room Checks
Fire Alarm Testing and Checks
DIY and minor Maintenance Tasks
