Senior Project Manager – Business Transformation

I am recruiting a Project Manager to head up a business transformation project, working specifically on data collection and analysis processes throughout the business.

Key to the role are strong facilitation skills, good communication skills (written and oral), an ability to manage upwards as well as line management skills, and most importantly, proven stakeholder management experience.

Working with (and leading) a team of 2 Workstream PMs and a planner, you will provide leadership across the project, facilitating the creation of detailed improvement plans (working with the planner), and coordinating the plans (with the workstream PMS) across a variety of business functions and function leads.

Responsibilities:

Leadership across the project (workstreams 1 and 2)

Facilitate the creation of a detailed improvement plan across Workstreams 1 & 2, ensuring coordination of activities

Coordination of Improvement Plan

Plan content quality and progress monitoring

Develop common templates across improvement plans

Ensure monthly reviews are conducted with Function Leads and their teams

Ensure cross function stakeholders are engaged in the improvement plans

Produce progress and update reports on a frequent and regular basis

As you can see, key to this role is the ability to easily communicate and work with a wide range of stakeholders across the business

The contract is currently expected to last for a minimum of 3 months, but is the first in a number of business improvement projects

The role is office based 3 – 4 days a week, as by the nature of the role, there will be a lot of face to face interaction

The role is available inside or outside IR 35. The rate is negotiable
