Grounds Maintenance Operative

Location: Various sites across Northampton

Pay Rate: £12.19 per hour

Job Type: Temp to perm

You will be required to drive a company vehicle.

Requirements:

Full UK driving licence (essential)

Previous experience in grounds maintenance or a similar role (preferred)

Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented

Duties Include:

Grass cutting, hedge trimming, and strimming

Litter picking and general park upkeep

Planting, weeding, and basic horticultural tasks

Maintaining pathways and public spaces

Safely operating grounds maintenance machinery
