Teaching Assistant - Key Stage 2
Teaching Assistant (Mornings) - Primary School in Chesterfield
Location: Chesterfield
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM
Contract: From the end of March until July 2025
Qualification: Not essential, but experience required
A welcoming primary school in Chesterfield is looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team on a part-time, morning-only basis. This role is ideal for someone with classroom experience, particularly in supporting children with SEND, who is looking for a rewarding position until the end of the academic year.
Role Responsibilities:
Supporting all elements of classroom learning.
Assisting children with SEND to help them reach their full potential.
Working closely with the class teacher to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in a teaching assistant role (TA qualification is desirable but not essential).
A patient, supportive, and enthusiastic approach to working with children.
Someone reliable and committed to making a difference.The school is easily accessible via public transport from across Chesterfield.
