Join Our Team as a Grounds Maintenance Operative!

We are looking for a dedicated Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team in Wolverhampton. This temporary position is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work and has a keen eye for detail.

What You'll Do:
As a Grounds Maintenance Operative, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the outdoor areas. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Operating ride-on mowers to keep grass areas neat and tidy.
• Performing routine grounds maintenance tasks, including weeding, pruning, and planting.
• Ensuring all tools and equipment are maintained and stored properly.
• Collaborating with team members to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard.
• Following health and safety regulations while working on-site.

What We're Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A valid driving licence (essential for getting around our sites).
• Experience operating ride-on mowers.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to work hard.
• Good communication skills to work effectively in a team.
• A passion for maintaining outdoor environments and improving community spaces.
