Project: Reactive & Planned Maintenance (Industrial/ Education & Healthcare)
Start: ASAP
Location: Swindon
Rate: up to £400 / £50K
My client currently manages the Small Works Division turning over £25M within the Swindon area and they are looking for a Small Works Manager to oversee several sites (up to 300K).
The Role:
• As a Small Works Manager, you will play an integral role in running multiple reactive & planned maintenance projects within the Swindon area.
• Responsible for the operational and financial aspect of the Projects/Maintenance.
• Ensure that the project is managed and executed in the proper manner.
• Liaise with the construction team, quantity surveyors, clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Attend client meetings throughout the project lifecycle, building strong, sustainable business relationships with the client.
