Your new company
Working for one of the UK's leading providers in their field, you will provide reception cover across 4 sites around Nottingham. You will therefore need to drive and have your own car.

Your new role
You will play an integral role in creating a positive atmosphere for visitors and employees. Delivering a warm professional greeting.

Duties will include:

Greet and welcome visitors
Answer and direct calls
Maintain a tidy and organised reception area
Manage incoming and outgoing post
Respond to emails

What you'll need to succeed

  • Relevant reception/customer service experience
  • Ideally, have experience working with systems (e.g. MS Office)
  • High degree of accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good time management
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
  • Motivated, committed and flexible
  • Health & Safety understanding

    8am-5pm
