Job Description

I am looking for a Team Leader to work on behalf of the council in the South Shields area working in a busy new build construction environment.

As a Team Leader you will ensure the team compliance records are kept up to date, order materials and manage the day to day operations of the team.

You must also have experience of running a new build site.

The Team Leader will receive:

• 22 - 23 P/H
• Long run of work

The successful candidate will be expected to:

• Manage a team of construction trades and oversee Health and Safety
• Manage productivity and performance, deal with customer queries and concerns.
• Have experience running a new build construction site.

You will need:

• CSCS Card
• Driving licence
• Relevant Team Leading/Supervisory experience working in a construction environment.
• Ladder safety training.
• Manual handling certificate.
• SMSTS.
• Ability to read construction/technical drawings.
