Long Term Futures is partnering with a Good Ofsted-rated college with over 50 years of experience in supporting students with complex needs, including Autism. Set on a vibrant 12-acre campus, no two days are the same-this is a rewarding opportunity to help students thrive.

This role is commutable from areas such as Coventry, Solihull, Warwick, Birmingham, Rugby within a 40-50 minute drive.

Key Responsibilities

• Support students in a safe, inclusive learning environment.
• Monitor progress, set meaningful targets, and provide feedback.
• Encourage independence, positive behaviour, and engagement.
• Assist with learning resources, practical activities, and technology use.
• Supervise students during breaks, on trips, and provide personal care when needed.

What We're Looking For

• A passion for working with young people with SEN.
• Good GCSEs in English and Maths.
• Experience with SEN and/or challenging behaviour.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, positive approach to learning support.
