Linking Humans is advertising this role on behalf of our client, a leading consultancy supporting a UK Government project, seeking an experienced ServiceNow HR Pro Implementation Specialist. This contract offers an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile ServiceNow HR transformation programme within the public sector.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Pro

* Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into ServiceNow HR solutions

* Configure and customise HR case management, employee workflows, and service portals

* Ensure seamless integration of HR processes within the existing ServiceNow platform

* Provide expertise in HRSD best practices, ensuring alignment with project goals and government standards

* Support testing, deployment, and end-user training

Key Requirements

* Minimum one year of experience in ServiceNow HRSD Pro implementation

* Strong knowledge of HR workflows, case management, and employee experience within ServiceNow

* Previous experience working on public sector or government projects is desirable

* Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders

* ServiceNow HRSD certifications are an advantage
