Role: Learning Support Assistant

Pay rate: up to £650 per week

Location: Ealing

Start date: April 2025

Horizon Teachers are in partnership with a inner London primary school in Ealing who are seeking to appoint a passionate Learning Support Assistant to provide dedication to the learning of children and give them the best education they deserve.

The nature of this role will be to support the class and small groups of students access the curriculum across all subject areas.

Key responsibilities:

• Providing 1:1 academic support for students and small groups in KS1

• Responsibility of behaviour management in and out of the classroom and supervise during break and lunch times

• Have a pro-active approach in the classroom to ensure the constant support of the class teacher and tailored assistance to each child's individual needs
