Site Manager
Albion Search are currently working with a regional main contractor to appoint a Site Manager / Block Manager on BTR (Build to Rent) project in Newcastle. This is a long term opportunity for a strong Site Manager to take on the full responsibility for one whole block, as part of a multi-block scheme.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing multi-room schemes, be it either high rise/student accommodation/apartment projects and will be able to work well as a part of a wider management team.
Responsibilities
* H&S
* Responsibility for delivering one block
* RAMS
* Managing the programme
* Reporting into the Project Manager
* Managing trades & sub-contractors
* Inductions
* Client liaison
You must have a valid and in date SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS. As well as relevant experience in managing multi-room projects.
