Job Description

Tank have been exclusively engaged to recruit a Programme Manager with significant experience in end to end SaaS implementations. This role is for a global technology vendor, working in a client facing role.

This role has been deemed outside IR35.

A large amount of your time will be required to be onsite in UAE.

Your experience will show successfully completed programmes of SaaS implementations in Blue Chip organisations.

Responsibilities will include:

Delivery of large and complex end to end ITSM implementations

Management of onshore and offshore resource

Developing key relationships with your internal team and your customer

Experience required:

Significant demonstrable experience in large scale SaaS implementations

Significant demonstrable experience in end to end ITSM implementations

Experience working in the Gulf Region advantageous

Demonstrated experience working in client facing programme roles for either consultancy or Vendor

Demonstrable experience managing multi £million programmes

International/Global programme experience

Ability to cut through the fluff and get to the core of any issue
