Contact Centre Operator Customer Service
Alliance Personnel is recruiting for a Contact Centre Operativefor one of our clients based in town centre in Stockport
Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 5:30PM £11.44ph
This is a temporary role to start with, that could potentially lead to a permanent position
* Duties
Inputting data collected by tyre fitting technicians into our system.
Receiving booking requests by telephone and emails and portals
Making bookings for mobile tyre fitting
Making bookings for Tyres, MOTs, Services and Repairs
Inputting data collected by tyre fitting technicians into our system.
Receiving booking requests by telephone and emails
* Experience
Excellent data entry skills
Attention to detail
Previous experience in a contact centre (or in a fast paced telephone environment)- preferable but not imperative as it is a fast paced environment with approximately 50 team members in the office
