TheraEx Staffing Services - APP is seeking a Nurse Practitioner Obstetrics / Gynecology for a locum tenens job in Ontario, California.

Job Details:
• Pay: $105 Hr.
• Coverage dates: ASAP - 3 month with option to extend
• NP/PA ONLY! They are NOT accepting Certified Nurse Midwife's.
• Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• No Call
• Type of Patients/Cases/Procedures: Outpatient Clinic Setting - Focus will be with GYN cases and some OB, if schedule shifts seeing well women visits. Some Video appointments included along with clinic coverage; Strong GYN experience required.
• Must be comfortable doing own Ultrasounds and dating down to 8 weeks
• Patients per shift: Scheduled 12-13 patients for morning 4 hours and afternoon 4 hours. Estimated 20-24 patients per day
• EMR: Epic
• Credentialing timeframe: 90 days
Requirements:
• Active unrestricted CA License & Furnishing License
• Active BLS certifications
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Board Certified
• Full-time coverage is mandatory-no deviations from the requested schedule will be accepted.
• Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references.
