• Sept 3- onsite orientation 8am-2pm
• Schedule: Mon-Fri, 1pm- 9pm
• Patients per shift: average of 30
• Support Staff: ED Physicians/ ED RN
• EMR: Meditech
• Credentialing timeframe: Take: 30 days/as fast as provider can submit required documents
Requirements:
• Active unrestricted MI License.
• Active BLS certifications
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Board Certified
• Full-time coverage is mandatory-no deviations from the requested schedule will be accepted.
• Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references.
