💷Day rate: £424-£450 per day
🏢On site working: Will be occasionally expected on site in Leeds(fully remote will not be accepted).
⏳Contract length: 6 months initially with a high likelihood of multiple extensions.

We have an exciting opportunity for a PMO Analyst to join our dynamic team. The PMO Analyst will work on a large Transformation programme for a new Org Design and Op Model. They are looking for someone with the experience to track plans, risk and actions and must be comfortable with Senior Leadership. This position requires a proactive individual who can collect and manage programme data efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. The successful candidate will be instrumental in synthesizing data, creating insightful reports for key stakeholders, and supporting continuous improvement in our delivery practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect weekly programme data from all tech workstreams and projects, ensuring it is comprehensive, accurate, and up-to-date.
Synthesise and consolidate data, rolling it up to programme level or strategic initiative level, including risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, assumptions, and actions. Produce these reports on a weekly basis.
Provide ongoing feedback on data quality, identify improvement areas, and track these through to resolution.
Create programme level reporting for key stakeholders, adapting reporting based on the target audience to ensure the analysis is easily understood.
Support effective programme financial administration, management, and forecasting.
Organise and store information securely and accessibly, ensuring traceability and keeping everything up to date.
Contribute towards continuous improvements in delivery practices.Requirements:
Proven experience in a PMO Analyst. At least 5 years.
Experience working on Technical Projects.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to process and manage complex data.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
