Project Manager – £450/day + Benefits – O&G/Power/Heavy Industry

📍 Location: UK (Travel Required)

💰 Rate: £450/day (Ltd Co) + £25/day Per Diem

🏠 Accommodation Provided

🚗 Mileage: £0.45 per mile (weekly)

⏳ Schedule: 4 x 10-hour days (Mon-Thurs) + 5 hours Fri

🔹 Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in O&G, Power, or heavy industry? We’re looking for a proactive leader to oversee construction projects, manage teams, and drive successful project delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing:

✔ Preparing pre-mobilisation and pre-construction plans (HSE, Quality, RAMS, ITPs)

✔ Managing construction, HSEQ, commercial, and project controls

✔ Overseeing labour, supervision, and equipment deployment

✔ Ensuring work methods align with safety and quality standards

✔ Monitoring budgets, cost controls, and project progress

✔ Handling client communications, meetings, and reporting

✔ Managing subcontractor procurement, forecasting, and contract closeout

✔ Leading and mentoring junior/intermediate staff

What You Need:

✅ 10+ years of construction experience (5+ years as a Construction Manager) or Degree Qualified Engineer with 10+ years of project experience

✅ Experience in O&G, Power Generation, or heavy industrial sectors (preferred)

✅ Strong contractual knowledge, project controls, estimating, scheduling & planning skills

✅ Excellent communication & leadership skills

✅ Strong safety knowledge & computer proficiency (Excel, Word)
