Regeneration Manager (Transformation & Regeneration)

Location: BS1 5TR

Contract: 6-month temporary (ongoing)

Hours: Part-time (22 hours per week, flexible on working days)

Rate: £33.49 per hour (Ltd) – Non-negotiable

On-site role

We are seeking an experienced Regeneration Manager to lead transformation and regeneration initiatives in the City Centre. This role involves managing a team of four staff and overseeing large-scale urban regeneration projects.

Key Responsibilities:  Lead major regeneration projects in a complex urban setting.

Manage and support a team of four.

Engage and negotiate with multiple stakeholders.

? Ensure projects align with strategic regeneration goals.

Requirements:  Proven experience in large-scale regeneration projects.

 Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.

 Background in urban transformation and regeneration.
