Working for this well-established commercial law firm, as a HR Advisor on a 12 month Fixed-Term-Contract you will be working with both managers and staff with a big focus around ER.  

Salary – Up to £35,000 Per Annum

Location – Liverpool with some travel to other offices + Hybrid 2 days from home

Role Type – 12 Month FTC / Full Time / 9-5 / Mon-Fri

The Role

You will provide HR support to employees, coach and assist managers with employee-related matters, and manage various employee relations cases, including performance, absence, disciplinary, grievance, restructuring, redundancy, and contract terminations. Additionally, you will handle Occupational Health referrals, assist with policy reviews, create reports and formal documents, and support HR projects.

You'll also manage payroll information, maintain HR records, and contribute to broader HR initiatives such as ED&I and recruitment. The ideal candidate will have operational HR experience, ER case management expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure, independently and as part of a team.

A Level 5 CIPD qualification is preferred.
