Job Description

On behalf of our client, KCS requires a Person in charge for on going projects.

Location: London

Rate: Negotiable

Working Hours:

* Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

* Night Shifts and Weekend/Bank Holiday work available at enhanced rates.

We are looking for a Person in Charge to join our team in London. The successful candidate will take on a leadership role, overseeing daily operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and supervise daily site activities.

* Ensure all work is carried out according to health, safety, and quality standards.

* Lead and direct teams effectively, ensuring a high level of performance and productivity.

* Resolve any issues or challenges that arise on-site promptly.

* Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders as required.

Certifications and Training:

* Health and Safety Certifications: Depending on the industry, certifications like NEBOSH (National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health) or IOSH (Institution of Occupational Safety and Health) may be necessary.

* First Aid Certification: A valid first aid or CPR certification may be required.

* Site-Specific Training: If the role is in construction or a similar sector, site-specific qualifications like CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) cards or other relevant safety training might be required.

Requirements:

* Proven leadership experience, ideally within a similar industry.

* Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and under pressure.
