Healthcare Trainer

Location: Tamworth

Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 (Depending on Experience)

Job Type: Full-Time

A driving licence is required.

Are you passionate about training and developing the next generation of healthcare professionals? We are looking for a dedicated Healthcare Trainer to join our team in Tamworth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organise, and manage your own training calendar and reporting to your line manager accordingly with the changes.

• Deliver engaging training sessions to Healthcare Assistants on key topics, including First Aid, Moving & Handling, Safeguarding, and Medication Handling.

• Provide induction training for new employees to ensure they are fully prepared for their roles.

• Monitor learner engagement, provide support, and report concerns to the Training Manager.

• Keep accurate and up-to-date records of attendance and training completion.

Requirements:

• Previous experience delivering training in the healthcare sector.

• Strong knowledge of First Aid, Moving & Handling, Safeguarding, and Medication Handling.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.

• A recognised training qualification (or willingness to work towards one) is desirable.
