SF Recruitment are working with a client in Derby to recruit for a Supply Chain Coordinator.

Full time , Office based, Derbyshire, Long Term Temporary Role.

Salary £30,000-£35,000 dependent on experience.

Are you a detail-oriented and organised professional with a passion for supply chain management? We are looking for the right candidate to play a key role in ensuring the efficient flow of materials and products through their supply network.

You will work closely with suppliers , internal teams and logistic partners to ensure timely delivery of materials while optimising costs and efficiency. 

Key Responsibilities:

Manage supplier relationships and ensure on-time delivery of goods and materials

Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking

Process purchase orders, invoices, and other supply chain documentation

Track and report key supply chain performance metrics

Collaborate with internal departments to align supply chain activities with business needs

Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings

Key Requirements:

Previous experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and supply chain software

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
