Our client is looking for an Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to their Operations Director
Key Responsibilities – Assistant to Operations Director
Administrative Support Help maintain the smooth running of the administration team and the daily tasks that need to be completed.
Communication Liaison: Act as the point of contact between the Operations Director and internal/external contacts, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of projects by coordinating with relevant teams and ensuring that all project documentation is up to date.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the operational workflow and assist in implementing these changes to enhance efficiency.
Document Management: Oversee the management of documents and files related to the Operations Director's projects, ensuring that everything is accurately recorded and easily accessible.
Planning: Organise and coordinate projects, teams and specific customer liaison if required, to assist with logistical aspects needed to meet the company's operational goals.
Qualifications & Requirements – Assistant to Operations Director
Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with a wide range of personnel. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRMs.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently. An interest in sustainability and green energy solutions is desirable.
