Role
Be the go-to person for customer accounts, managing orders from start to finish.
Key Skills
Customer support expertise
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Supply chain/logistics knowledge (bonus)
Responsibilities
Handle order setup, entry, modifications, and logistics
Communicate with customers and internal teams
Resolve enquiries and escalate issues
Ensure compliance with export policies
Prepare reports and documentation
