Nurse Practitioner Contract Details:
-$83-$88 an hour
-6-week contract with possibility of extension
-All ages seen is a plus
-Monday - Friday, Days
-Must be willing to float to multiple locations

Requirements:

• Active APP Licensure/Certification in Virginia - American Heart Association BLS - At least 1-year of experience as an APP provider - Active DEA - Board Certified / Board Eligible - DOT certification Preferred Supplemental Health Care will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable local, state, or federal law (including San Francisco Ordinance , Los Angeles Municipal Code 189.00, the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act).
