Job Description

Huntswood has a new contract role based in our client offices in Stoke. We are seeking enthusiastic Call Centre Representatives to act as the first point of contact for our client's customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for handling inbound calls, making outbound verification calls, and answering general customer inquiries.

Start Date: Monday 7th April

Day Rate: £140 a day - Umbrella only recruitment - This is only available to individuals working via an Umbrella company, we can assist you with this

Location: Stoke on Trent - full time in office

Working hours: Monday to Friday - 9am to 5:30pm

Duration: 2 month contract

Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls/emails from customers with professionalism and courtesy

Outbound calls to customers to verify the information held on our systems

Provide accurate information regarding products and services

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry

Follow up on customer enquiries to ensure satisfactionWhat Huntswood is looking for:

Experience working in a telephony-based customer service role

Confidence to make & take inbound & outbound calls

Data entry experience is essential

Experience working through a number of in-house databases

Strong attention to detail

Commitment to work at client's office in Stoke on Trent

Ability to work independently as well as being able to work as a team
