We are looking for a dream team….for a c£45m Cat A refurbishment project in the City of London

Positions are Senior Site Manager & 2x Site Managers for a Cat A refurb, reporting to a Project Manager (that we are also recruiting for)

Project Information:

The project includes the Cat A refurbishment of the reception, café, basement showers, and cycle facilities. Additional works involve refurbishing lift lobbies, enhancing external spaces with new planting and seating areas, and creating new end-of-journey facilities.

The company is a highly respected refurbishment and fit-out contractor, very much a true leader in its field. £100m + annual turnover of work across a range of sectors (Healthcare, Workplace, Retail, Leisure and Education) on projects ranging from £50,000 - £50m. They are a great company to work for - fact.

These positions could also be referred to as Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Site Manager, Senior Site Manager, Construction Manager or Senior Construction Manager.
