Your Impact

What You'll Do

• Lead and motivate a team managing temporary accommodation placements
• Ensure compliance with housing legislation and safeguarding policies
• Work closely with landlords and accommodation providers to maintain quality housing options
• Support residents with advice, guidance, and pathways into permanent housing
• Use data and insights to improve service delivery

• Experience in housing, homelessness services, or a similar sector
• Strong leadership and team management skills
