Responsibilities:

• Creating a Safe and Stimulating Environment: Ensure the nursery is a clean, tidy, and child-friendly learning environment.
• Supporting Learning and Development: Plan and implement engaging activities that promote the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development of each child.
• Observing and Assessing: Monitor and record children's progress, ensuring that all children have equal access to learning and development opportunities.
• Building Relationships: Develop strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive atmosphere.
• Health and Safety: Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of all children in your care.
• Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

CONTRACT DETAILS:

• Location: Chichester
• Position: Qualified Level 2/3 Nursery Practitioner
• Contract or position start date: ASAP
• Full time/part time: Full time/Part time
• Minimum rate of pay: Minimum rate GBP13.09 per hour
• Hours: Vary (working hours between 08:00 - 18:00)

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS: To be eligible for this role through Prospero Teaching, you must:

• Hold Right to Work in the UK
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
• Provide two professional child-related references
• Hold a Level 2/3 qualification or equivalent
