As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in supporting the learning and development of young children in a nurturing and engaging environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and delivering age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
• Providing a safe, secure, and stimulating setting for children to thrive.
• Observing and assessing children's progress, keeping records, and sharing updates with parents and carers.
• Encouraging social, emotional, and communication skills through structured play and interaction.
• Maintaining a high standard of care, including assisting with feeding, personal hygiene, and safeguarding.
• Working as part of a team, following EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) guidelines to ensure every child receives the best possible start in life.

• A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (or equivalent).
• Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting is desirable.
• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their early development.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
