The Role:
Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking Welsh-speaking Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join our talented team in Cardiff. As an LSA, you will play a vital role in supporting students' educational development, helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all. You will work with a range of students, providing both individual and group support in the classroom.

What We're Looking For:

• Fluency in Welsh - You must be comfortable and confident in using the Welsh language to support students in their learning.
• Experience as a Learning Support Assistant or in an educational support role (desirable but not essential).
• A passion for working with children and supporting their educational journey.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
