Possesses exceptional classroom management skills and can create a nurturing, inclusive environment where all pupils thrive.

Demonstrates a strong knowledge of the Year 5 curriculum and adapts teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.

Is committed to maintaining the high standards that have earned our school its Outstanding Ofsted rating.
