Job Description

Role: Team Manager - court and locality service. 

Start date: Asap

Contract: 3 Months initially 

Rate: £46 per hour Ltd Umbrella

Location:  Etrop Court in Wythenshawe, South Manchester and there is free parking available.

Benefits:

There is an opportunity for hybrid working as agreed with line managers. 

The candidate will themselves receive monthly supervision. 

They will be coming to an established team with a cohesive management team who are very visible and supportive of themselves and their staff team.

About the role:

Team Manager required for the court and locality service. 

The vacancy has arisen due to the current postholder acting up in a temporary service lead post.  

The candidate will manage a team of 2 Advanced Practitioners & 4 Social Workers who hold case responsibility for CIN, CP, pre-proceedings and care proceedings.

They will provide monthly supervision to social workers and support the service lead and their peers in the service delivery and ensuring high quality and consistently good performance.

About you:

The successful candidate will have management responsibility and a track record in support and guidance to a team of social workers.
