Hooray are supporting a public sector client to assist in the recruitment for a HR Advisor to join their team on a full-time contract, expected to last 6 months.

As a HR Advisor you will:

• Lead on a complex restructuring project
• Ensure compliance with internal and statutory legal obligations
• Ensure employees feel informed and involved throughout the process

To be successful as a HR Advisor you will:

• Hold a CIPD Level 5
• Have up to date employment law knowledge
• Be values driven in your approach
• Be proficient in the use of SharePoint and Microsoft Packages

In return, we are offering an hourly rate of 22.65 + holiday pay. Please note, this role is a temporary position, expected to last 6 months.
