If so, GSL Education are looking for a proactive and motivated SEN Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a warm and supportive school in Wandsworth This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced EYFS professional to make a lasting impact on children's development.

Key Responsibilities of Early Years Teaching Assistant (TA):

• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and creative EYFS lessons.
• Assist with early learning activities, including phonics, numeracy, and play-based learning.
• Provide individual and small group support to enhance children's development.
• Encourage social, emotional, and communication skills in a nurturing environment.
• Ensure the classroom is a safe and stimulating space for young learners.
• Observe and record children's progress in line with EYFS guidelines.

Requirements of Early Years Teaching Assistant (TA):

• Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification (essential).
• Experience working in an EYFS setting (preferred).
• A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach to working with children.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
