Housing Support Team Leader

£27,000 - £32,000

Hamilton Woods Associates are currently working on behalf of a not-for-profit organisation, who are recruiting for a Housing Support Team Leader to work across their service for women and young parents who are vulnerable and at risk of homelessness.

The successful postholder will be responsible for the supervision of a team of 7, comprised of Support Workers and Night Support Workers.

Responsibilities of the Housing Support Team Leader:

Delivering a high-quality support service to women and young parents living within a supported living setting

Supervising a team of 7 staff members

Ensuring staff rotas are updated and covered in times of absence

Maintaining and monitoring policies and procedures within the team

Supporting colleagues within the team through training and coaching

Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with external working partners

Ensuring safeguarding of clients

Essential Criteria of the Housing Support Team Leader:

UK Driving License and access to own vehicle

Enhanced DBS

Experience working within a similar supported living environment
