HR Transformation Consultant

South West London

Rate circa £400 per day hybrid working

Our client is at the beginning of a major transformation programme set to last circa 2 years. The organisation is enterprise level with a complex structure and union participation. The post has been created to support the transformation of people as the structure changes and morphs into the new world through two major phases. The consultant will be tasked with supporting all aspects of the people transformation including following processes, writing new job descriptions, working with key stakeholders, benchmarking pay, designing communications and supporting the business to achieve its goals. Successful applicants must have worked on at least two HR transformation projects at enterprise level ideally with some experience of working with unions, although this is not essential. Initially the contract is for 6 months but could see extensions. Amazing organisation to work for
