Contracts Manager | Contract | 6 months | Inside IR35 | Onsite | Guildford

Our client is looking for a skilled contract professional with a passion for managing commercial risks and negotiating high-value agreements.

You will play a key role in securing and managing contracts for cutting-edge projects in the Space, Aerospace, and Defence sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and mitigate commercial risks in proposals and contracts.

Draft and negotiate contracts, NDAs, MOUs, licenses, and other agreements.

Support Business Development in securing and negotiating sales contracts.

Assist Project Managers in contract change management and reporting.

Ensure accurate contract data management and compliance.

Represent the company in bid reviews, risk committees, and negotiations.What We’re Looking For:

Degree in Business, Law, or Finance (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience in commercial roles within engineering or high-tech industries (Space, Aerospace, Defence preferred).

Expertise in institutional and international contract negotiations (ESA, UKSA, NSTP).

Strong understanding of contract terms & conditions and business risk mitigation.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to travel for customer negotiations
