This is a fantastic opportunity to join Gi Group as a Team Leader and collaborate with our Client working at a well-known food production company based in Bolton, BL3.

Team Leader responsibilities:

Accountability for a team of people, Lead and motivate within the team
Promote effective working relationships
Maintain company standards - Hygiene /GMP and quality
Responsible for ensuring all relevant paperwork is accurately completed
Report Health and Safety issues and follow up when required
Prepare and conduct regular audits
Ensure adequate skills are available and maintained

Team Leader required skills:

Good reading and writing skills
Highly flexible and able to adapt to a changing environment
Conscientious and pays attention to detail
Previous Food or Manufacturing experience
Has previous team leader/ managing experience
Willing to learn new tasks quickly and take on additional responsibilities

Team Leader Pay:
12.64

Team Leader Shift:

Morning shift, 6am - 2pm
Afternoon shift, 2pm - 10pm
Night shift, 10pm - 6am

AM shift premium of 5%
PM and night shift premium of 25%
