Administrator/ Call Handler

My client is recruiting for a Administrator/ Call Handler to join the repairs team.The successful candidate must be able to providing an effective and efficient service to all callers making contact with the Call Centre
Use computerised internal and external call handling systems to effectively deal with all levels of customer calls.The ideal candidate will need to possess a working customer focused knowledge in the detailing of customer work order requests for installation, renewal,refurbishment, repairs and maintenance orders to properties, in line with repairs policies and the likes.
Must understand and take responsibility for the fact that this role is pivotal to the successful delivery of the duties of the team
Must have strong organisational and time management skills and be able to multi task effectively.
Must have good leadership skills, be customer focused, forward thinking and professional.
Must have excellent communication skills and be a people person.
 You will have a real Can do attitude with an eye for detail and be able to transmit and encourage that attitude.
