Telecoms Supervisor

My client is a growing Telecoms Network Provider who are striving to build a nationwide full fibre network in rural areas. They are operating an Ultrafast 1000Mbps* network which is FTTP. With the company less than a decade old they have expanded to several regions across the UK, having started in the South and currently house over 300 employees. (*Speeds up to)They are currently looking for a Supervisor to work on some specialist projects supporting the Delivery Manager. The assistance will be within specialist clear up projects on work done on new build sites and in rural areas. This will include projects on disconnect areas and working on projects to amend any start up issues within the Network.You will be working in Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire & Buckinghamshire. You will need to provide your own vehicle due to company policy but will be paid an appropriate salary to match this.You will be responsible for looking after a number of teams working on the deployment quality of the FTTP Network. You will ensure the appropriate jobs are done by the contractors and internal staff across the SROH, NJUG guidelines.
