Your duties will include supporting a range of classrooms in the school, lending your support where needed the most. In this post you will be becoming part of a school that works hard to give all TAs and LSAs extensive guidance by assigning them a mentor, yours will be a SENCO. Part of your role will include advancing well ahead of your peers, by enrolling in a CPD and teacher training plan that is specifically designed to address the needs and requirements of budding teachers. You will have the responsibility of developing teaching experience through leading your own 1:1 sessions and leading small booster and intervention groups. Part of your role will include working in the English Department, making use of specialist subject software and a wide range of other useful facilities.
