Interim HR Manager

Interim HR role - 32 hours per week. FTE £43kPassionate about HR? And driving training, development and engagement
to people so they can provide the best guest and customer service?Our client, in the Hospitality sector believe that their employees are
the key to magical guest service.They have an exciting opportunity for an HR Manager working 4 days per
week on a fixed term 10-month maternity cover contract.As HR Manager you will;* ensure that their values are living and breathing through delivery
of their people plan* ensure that training and development plans are available for all
members of the team and will write and deliver professional
training sessions and ensure all mandatory training is completed* coach managers and provide expert employee relations advice and
ensure that all policies and processes are legally compliant* line manage the HR Advisor in the department* ensure all recruitment processes are managed legally, timely and
that the best people for roles are recruited whilst ensuring that
hotel staff turnover is low* manage external supplier relationshipsOur client seeks an experienced HR Manager who has demonstrable
experience in an HR role in consumer lead environment (Hotels,
Restaurants, Retail). You will have a broad generalist background, and
solid stakeholder management and advice experience.This is a great opportunity for someone looking to work on a more
flexible basis - 32 hours per week.The client has a wide range of employee benefits and personalised
