HR Administrator

If you're an administrator with a strong eye for detail, who is keen on pursuing a career within HR, this role may be the perfect chance for you to make that transition. An established provider of affordable housing within South Birmingham with almost 200 employees is seeking a strong administrator to provide support to their close-knit HR team.To be successful in the role of HR Administrator you will:• Host inductions for new starters every Monday morning
• Support managing the recruitment inbox with CVs for permanent recruitment
• Arrange interviews, send rejections and follow up relevant paperwork
• Take minutes at HR meetings
• Supporting the HR team with general administrative supportYou will also have:• Previous experience within an administrative role with a strong eye for detail
• Administrative experience within HR would be highly desirable
