Implementation Analyst - 7 Month Fixed Term Contract

When it comes to customer service, everyone gets the top-of-the-range model.”We are looking for an Implementation Analyst to join us to assist in the implementation of our PartsPlus Warehouse Systems throughout the UK.This is a National role for a fixed term of 7 months.Duties and Responsibilities:* To provide technical application support for Parts Distribution IT systems* To support other business systems apart from Autoline where appropriate* To support the use of CDK Autoline Drive in the business to include: use of call logging system to pick up calls, track resolution progress, close calls; liaise with customers to resolve calls; liaise with other IT staff as appropriate to resolve calls.* To provide implementation services for all business systems* To provide training in business systems as and when required* Deal with calls allocated from the call logging system* Provide training to customers in the use of business systems* To provide advice and support to the business as required on all business systems* To undertake project work as required* Establish relationships with and work in conjunction with third parties to ensure an efficient service delivery* Diagnosis and fixing of business system errors and escalating to senior management where appropriate* Analyse common errors and be proactive in resolving these long term* To be flexible in their approach to work as shift work, overnight stays and UK travel is a regular requirement* Attend regular training courses as and when required and be proactive about self and systems development* Carry out other duties as required from time to time* To ensure the safe working environment for all employees by complying with the statutory legislation and Government Health and Safety Policy* To report immediately any non-conformance to the appropriate senior positionIn addition to receiving a competitive salary, for the right candidate this position will offer:* Industry leading package* 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays) in addition to an annual leave purchase & sale scheme* Pension Scheme & Life Assurance* Ford Privilege vehicle purchase scheme* Discount on Service, Bodyshop and Parts* 1 day each year to volunteer for a charity of your choice* Childcare voucher scheme* Cycle to work purchase scheme* Discounted Gym membership* Access to Perks at Work discount websiteAN AMAZING OPPORTUNITY WITH ONE OF THE TOP 25 SUNDAY TIMES BEST BIG COMPANIES TO WORK FORWhen completing your application please give specific detail of your experience, skills and previous responsibilities that you believe would be relevant to the role you are applying for.For your first 2 days in the business, you’ll be attending our fantastic residential induction academy.
