Interim Service Desk Analyst Location

What you'll need to succeed

  • Immediate start with an expected contract duration until Christmas.
  • Joining a busy service desk you be involved in raising and allocating tickets, offering 1st/2nd line fixes (where experience allows) across the O365 suite including Sharepoint, telephony systems and laptop/desktop builds.
  • 40 hour week with flex on start/finish times.
