Oracle HCM Architect

Oracle HCM Architect- 3 month contract- Winchester- £525 daily LTD/Umbrella
My Client who is a large Telecom company has released an exciting opportunity to join their team as a Oracle HCM Architect in Winchester. It will be to deliver Transformation for the people and Organisation team in replacing their existing PeopleSoft IT system with a new cloud-based service. The client is looking for a individual who has experience in architecting and delivering cloud based Oracle HCM systems.

Responsibilities
Reporting into the Lead architect:
- Ensure the overall approach and design aligns to the client's Architecture, including the HLD and the Future Fit principles
- To Advise to the lead architect on best practice for HCM configuration to meet Arqiva's needs
- To give advice and guidance on how to integrate into the wider architecture
- To give advice on where required functionality aligns well with HCM and where it does not
Align HCM within the overall End to End Solution
- To Work within the existing project team, to help deliver a total Future Fit solution end-to-end
- To Design assurance on all technical risks, issues and change requestsDeliverables
Update existing HLD with Oracle HCM specific design elements
Concept level design (PPM deliverable for gate 2)
Architecture Definition Document (PPM deliverable for gate 2)
Contribute to the data architecture design for the aspects relating to Oracle HCM
Contribute to the data migration strategy
Document the interfaces from Oracle HCM into the new integration layer. Work closely with the integration service provider to ensure the design fits Arqiva architectural standards
Essential Competence
Excellent knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to communicate to and influence senior stakeholders
Experience of writing proposals and business cases
Excellent presentation skills
Experience of architectural frameworks (e.g. TOGAF)
Ability to work in a busy, fast moving environment
